Stel je een ruim loftappartement voor met hoge plafonds en zichtbare houten balken die warmte en karakter toevoegen aan de strakke, moderne inrichting. De natuurlijke kleuren in het interieur – zachte grijstinten, warme bruintinten en crèmekleuren – zorgen voor een rustgevende sfeer. Dit maakt de ruimte geschikt voor iemand met autisme die de voorkeur geeft aan een omgeving zonder drukke patronen en overheersende kleuren.

In het derde semester van Interior Design & Styling heeft Studio Walnoot een project uitgevoerd voor het Cultureel Buurtcentrum SWA. Studio Walnoot bestaat uit Anike Keurentjes - Oosterling, Anne Hendriks, Emily de Valk, Jamie Scheenhart, Leann te Brake, Lenne Rovers en Lotte Klerkx.

Het gebouw aan de Lange Bisschopstraat 18 is een belangrijk herkenningspunt. Het heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gekenmerkt door een hoog plafond. Bovendien hangt er een prachtig ornament in het midden van het plafond, wat het gebouw extra karakter geeft. Ondanks dat het in het verleden verschillende functies heeft vervuld, is het nog steeds goed onderhouden. Momenteel wordt het pand gebruikt als kinderkledingwinkel. Als student Interior Design & Styling ben ik verantwoordelijk gesteld voor het ontwikkelen van een revitalisatiestrategie voor het pand, met als doel het om te vormen tot een cosmetische kliniek.

The Ketelhuis, or Gas Factory, is a historic landmark in Deventer, currently under the ownership of Saxion University of Applied Sciences. It serves as a venue for student classes and independent study. Furthermore, the building houses multiple office spaces utilized by various companies for meetings. As a student of Interior Design and Styling at the Jan des Bouvrie Academy, I have been assigned the responsibility of formulating a redevelopment plan for the building. The objective is to repurpose it into a law firm.

During a two-hour masterclass in Barcelona, I was introduced to the painting techniques of Vincent van Gogh. For a first attempt at painting using these techniques, I am quite pleased with the result. An enjoyable aspect of the masterclass was that it took place in neon light, which added an extra dimension to the painting and brought it to life even more.

My sister and her boyfriend recently purchased a house, and I wanted to give them a unique gift. So, I decided to create a line drawing of their new home. I opted for a digital drawing to ensure it was clean and sharp, and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

I created a duck with a fluffy coat, emphasizing intricate details. Furthermore, I incorporated more rugged elements, such as rubber boots. In my opinion, it's a stunning piece where the blend of reality and fantasy is perfectly balanced.

Being born and raised in Oeteldonk, I depicted the Bossche dragon wearing an Oeteldonk scarf. This drawing was created using oil pastels, marking my first serious attempt with this medium. While I don't consider it my finest work in terms of material usage, I still find it to be an enjoyable drawing.

'Under the motto of 'I've never done it before, so I think I can,' I made the decision to draw a horse. It was certainly a challenging endeavor, as accurately portraying the muscles and shadows was crucial for achieving a semblance of realism. I dedicated a considerable amount of time to this drawing, but I'm pleased with the outcome.

In a special time, I made this drawing of the eye. During the pandemic, I felt the urge to draw, but I didn't have the right pencils. My grandma went to the art store to get them for me. Then, I started drawing, and this drawing of the eye is the result.
